Creative Services Director
As the Hardman Communications’ creative director, Al works across all client accounts and makes a point of getting to know every client thoroughly, understanding their products or services and what makes their advocates excited and passionate about ‘their’ brand. She applies this insight to every project we complete for a client. With more than 10 years’ experience in our niche markets, she really understands agri and industrial clients and their audiences.
Al has extensive experience working with photographers, videographers, designers and other suppliers and manages a database of proven and trusted partners. She oversees all creative briefs.
She has a particularly strong understanding of what works in social media content and a great eye for detail.
As well as managing the agency’s creative services, Al is also in charge of operations and is the program director for our weekly radio program, Regional Voices.
