Davey Water Products has been manufacturing and supplying industry leading pumps, filtration systems and pioneering new and innovative solutions for the water industry for over 80 years. A critical part of their success is the Davey Master Dealer network that supports the brand right across Australia.

When Davey were looking to showcase and recognise their incredible dealer network, we conceived a program that would work across their owned channels, leveraging the content on their social platforms and website. We helped Davey pull together a series of spotlight articles on their dealer network, to tell their unique stories while also demonstrating their commitment to and appreciation of the Davey Water Products brand.

From December 2020 to May 2021, 76 dealers were contacted and interviews conducted to understand their history, goals and achievements. This content formed an inspiring Dealer Spotlight series that was shared across Davey channels, and available for dealers to share and engage with their own networks.

Each dealership had their own story to tell. From one person start-ups inspired by the need to try something different, to business leaders giving their families a better life and mates joining to form a partnership.

Our conversations uncovered amazing stories of loyalty to an Australian brand that has stood by them and their pride in working with an Australian owned and operated brand shone through.

The stories came from across Australia – NSW, SA, QLD, WA and VIC. Some were large businesses with multiple locations whilst others smaller, more boutique size. The project allowed us to do what we do best – “tell stories.” We connected with Davey Dealers and told their stories as they told us.

Across Facebook alone, 27 posts to date have reached 110,000 people, there has been 142,000 impressions and 1,663 engagement via likes, likes, shares and comments.
