AMIC is the peak industry body for the post-farmgate red meat industry. It’s a sector brimming with activism, challenges around red tape, and a fragmented audience that is not always on the same side of an issue.

Hardman Communications supported AMIC with solid research to understand member needs, a strategic messaging and communications program and tailored training for staff at intermediate and senior levels.

We also steered the council through a huge communications crisis which unfolded when activists broke into a number of member facilities, and managed to turn the conversation around and ultimately contribute to changing trespass laws.
