It’s May, and that got us thinking about our wishes. I wish I may, I wish I might….what would you wish for on the first star you see tonight?

Sue – I wish for advances like AI to take the grunt work out of our working lives, saving us time so we connect more with the important people in our lives.

Kendi – I know it’s terrible to wish away precious time, but I can’t help wishing the next couple of months would zoom by. My daughter has been studying overseas and is due back in July and I just can’t wait for her to be home.

Alex – Although not technically in May, I’m really wishing for a Blues win in State of Origin this year. Lots of injuries to some key players means we go in as underdogs, but I’m ever the optimist that they’ll use that to their advantage – and I’ll be there cheering them on for Game I!

Shereen – I often find myself wishing I could slow down time to savour every moment with my kids while they’re still young. I really miss the newborn and toddler stages. Time truly flies, and it’s emotional to look back at pictures and see how much they’ve grown.

Karen – Like most mums I wish I could make the world a better place for my now grown and almost grown kids to explore and thrive in. If only…
