In May 2019, RDO Equipment, the world’s largest John Deere dealer, officially took over as the John Deere Construction and Forestry Equipment dealer in all Australian states except Western Australia.
To launch them into the market, we held a media event at Diesel, Dirt and Turf, Australia’s largest construction industry expo, a prime opportunity to gather media and industry colleagues in the one place to hear about RDO’s plans for the Australian construction market.

We ensured key construction media attended and prepared a launch media release that was distributed to those who couldn’t. Speaking notes for John Deere and RDO execs were drafted, and we also did on the ground social posting and interview facilitation after the launch.  

It may have bucketed down rain but that didn’t stop the launch being a success, with a packed room excited to welcome RDO to Australia, and over 30 pieces of media coverage across print and online generated on their launch.
